Song In Mercedes Commercial
Playing with rice 02. Chicken curry with rice rice Playing
In this recipe the rice is a complement, not a main ingredient. But what to do when you've cooked a lot more rice than they needed for the Nasi Goreng? For a chicken curry with rice ... ..;)
had prepared other versions of chicken curry, this is the The True Chef Lo Curro that muchísmo and prepare some great videos to learn all!
Ingredients 1 whole chicken breast (without tooling) chopped
* also be done with thighs as the original recipe
1 large onion 3 carrots 1 apple golden
1 heaping tablespoon of curry
1 cup chicken broth or vegetable
1 can coconut milk
olive oil Salt Preparation
Season and fry some chicken.
Book and in the same oil fry the finely chopped onion. When poached add the carrot and diced apple. When all sautéed add a heaping tablespoon of curry powder, salt and mix well.
Finally add a cup of chicken broth and a coconut milk. Cook the vegetables over low heat until tender and broth has reduced.
When vegetables are ready to go through the masher (I like the texture with the blender) and add the breast pieces to give the last plop-plop-fire.
Serve with rice)
*** Note: I prepared this recipe several times. First with a fairly mild curry I bought at a market. Then, with curry purchased here. There was much difference in taste, and the latter was much stronger.
Does anyone have a good recipe for homemade curry?
