Novales cake

is the second time I prepare this recipe I found on a blog the homeland will love me:) Of course, this time I did it with oranges and lemons brought from Novales and now the whole house smells like cake citrus .... A marvel!

On Sunday, before returning home after spending a week vacationing on the beach, we passed Novales, a special town Cantabria. Located in a valley with a special microclimate, is famous for its oranges and lemons.

Discovering Walking through the village several things:

1. That is precious
2. That lemons and oranges grow tooooodos Village Gardens. In those l @ s @ s neigh and across from City Hall;)
3. The dentists are dentists / Orchard
^ _ ^ 4. That this village has a restaurant called "The Parientuca" what more!

Eating 100% home with a stew that melt in your mouth, a pot beans or zucchini St. James. Not forgetting the fried milk or rice milk.
All this served by a super nice bartender gave me some oranges from the back garden;)
